Clinical Supervision



Harvest  provides  supervision from a  Certified Clinical Supervisor Intern to addiction counselors pursuing CSAC or LCAS qualifications with the NCSAPPB.

Supervision Ratio

Supervisors work as a teacher, coach, consultant, mentor, elevator, and administrator with their supervises

Supervision Ratio (Supervision : Clinical Work)

  • The practicum supervision must be completed with at a ratio of 1:10 
  • After the practicum is completed, the supervision ratio changes to 1:40 

Supervision Fees

  • INITIAL Meeting: $75 (can be in person, or via Skype or FaceTime)
  • 1 month term, $200  (= 4 documented supervision hours)

Supervision Objectives

It is the aspiration of all Harvest supervisors to provide high quality supervision, covering the NC Administrative Code, Exam preparation, knowledge of the 12 core functions, therapy modalities and case studies/personal experiences/insights.
